Anubis colored

Thought about starting the year with something from my past.

I found a great drawing made by of the god Anubis, and all my past came flashing back.

The first things I did with PSP (and latter with PS, all self-taught) were for the game Sims. And as my formation is in History I did a lot of historical and traditional clothing; spent hours, not only learning how the “#$%% the programs worked, but also researching all sorts of things. And among that historical stuff I had to include Egypt, my first love.

Anubis is the god of the underworld and has a jackal head. He has the Oh-so-jolly work of weighing the souls of the dead (in the jar): if they weigh more than a feather their fate is to be eaten by the crocodile god Sobek (must have been a very fat god!)
