I just realized that I’ve almost doubled the views since July. The number might be puny for most people but for me it’s huge, so Thank You!

I’m (unfortunately) old enough to know that New Year’s resolutions only last until mid January, so I’m not going to bother making a list. As a mater of fact, I don’t even celebrate the New Year. Don’t get me wrong, I go along with all the traditional things “normal” people do, but I don’t really feel like celebrating this day any more than any other day in the year.

I prefer to celebrate “non-birthdays” like Alice.

When you look back on a year, you only get the overall feeling: it was a good year, it was a terrible year.
But if you celebrate “non-birthdays” you get to enjoy every single moment of pure joy, every epiphany, and every tear. If you do the math, you get to commemorate a hell of a lot more than if you choose to celebrate only on New Year ’s Eve.

People also usually say: “hope all your dreams come true”. To me, that sounds more like a curse than a good wish. Can you imagine what you would look forward to, if all the things you’ve dreamed would come true?

So, my wish to you all is:
Hope you have a year filled with moments to celebrate and enjoy.
